WHO WE HELP
We service bail bonds in the Houston area. We also serve montgomery county.
We provide bonds for most crimes, including drug, domestic violence, white collar, DUI, immigration and federal bonds.
GODFATHER’S
BAIL BONDS

We at Godfather’s Bail Bonds are experts on the confusing and complicated court and bail systems and will work diligently on your behalf to get you out of jail and back home to your family as quickly and as discreetly as we can.

Unfortunately, most people can’t afford to bail themselves out of jail and that’s where we come in. Our professional bond agents will work on your behalf to make arrangements with the court guaranteeing that you will show up for your court appearances. With our 10% non-refundable premium and some collateral, we can issue a bond and have you released from jail but we do offer several ways to pay, including credit cards and installment plans, and in some cases, we may not require collateral at all. We’ll work with you to figure out what best fits your budget.

We started with Fay on a Friday and continued with Virginia on the weekend. Our sons situation was complicated with bonds in two counties, but Virginia explained clearly what needed to be done. She was also very understanding and sympathetic as she wasn’t bothered by our constant calling. Both ladies were wonderful

This bail bond place is the way to be !!! They are open 24 hours and are there to work hard to bail you out. Fay was the one to help me out and thumbs up for this woman, she definitely knows what she’s doing. Good job fay

The lady who answered the phone, who,by the way, has been in the business 20 plus years, was the most kind and empathetic person I ever spoke to about anything that had to do with jail and the pains that accompany “jail”. This bonding company is a true business and I say that because they are willing to negotiate a payment plan no matter the size of the bond. I would give them my business from now on, although I hope I will not have a reason to call them again…lol.

    Frequently Asked Questions
Our bond agents are available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have. Call us at 713-224-3600 with any questions you may have.
We can typically have him out of jail in a few hours.
We may be able to make other arrangements to secure a bond for you with no collateral.
A bail bondsman will charge a non-refundable fee of 10% of the bail amount (Godfather’s charges 9% if the bail amount is more than $5,000) and 15% for federal cases.  Most bondsmen offer several payment options including debit cards, credit cards, and installment plans.  They’ll work with you to figure out what fits your budget.

You should still call a bondsman and have him explain your options.  There are several reasons that you should consider using a bondsman even if you have the cash.

    • Tying up all your cash may make it difficult to pay your bills while you’re waiting for trial.
    • You may be denied a court-appointed lawyer if the court knows you have cash.
    • The court will take the cash to pay any fines or court fees.

Call your bondsman immediately.  There may still be opportunities to rectify the situation before your property is forfeited.

If the defendant fails to appear, an arrest warrant is issued for him and the bondsman or a recovery agent will track him down and return him to jail and bail is revoked.  Costs associated with his recovery may be passed onto the defendant.  Any collateral will be sold to pay for the bail.

A cosigner, also called the Indemnitor, is the person that puts ups collateral on behalf of the defendant.  It is the cosigner’s property that is at risk if the defendant flees.

The defendant or a friend or family member may offer collateral. It is important to consider offering collateral very carefully. If the defendant “skips” or doesn’t show up for trial, any collateral will be forfeited so it is your responsibility to make sure the defendant makes his appearances.
